1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of kawaluswim.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Kawalu Swim is contactable at info@kawaluswim.com.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur.

3. Prices & Payment All prices are displayed in the currency of your region and include applicable taxes where required by law. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to your order being confirmed.

4. Order Confirmation Your order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason — this exceeds the EU legal minimum of 14 days. To exercise this right, contact us at info@kawaluswim.com before the withdrawal period expires. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Exception: Bikini bottoms with the hygiene liner removed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Refunds & Returns We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers worldwide. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. See our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Liability To the extent permitted by law, Kawalu Swim is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Spanish law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

10. Disputes We aim to resolve disputes amicably. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website.
